To minimize cancellations, reversals, or conflicts, each project commences with the creation of a scope of work document and a thorough discovery/analysis process. This ensures that all stakeholders are informed about the project's requirements. Due to the time and effort invested in completing any task, labor already performed will not be refunded.

All completed work becomes the property of the client upon termination of the contract by both parties, and any funds paid for further work will be forfeited. There are no reimbursements for initial expenses or deposits. No payments will be exchanged once the project development phase begins and the client approves the mock-up designs.

Refunds based on a percentage are not available for stages of the project currently in progress. Special occasion services provided by our marketing team are non-refundable, and such agreements are subject to time constraints.

Approved refunds will reflect in the client's account within 5-7 business days, following specific guidelines.
